Pheasants Forever Project:
The city of Murdo owns a section of ground (640 acres) with a lake and golf course. Two and a half quarters are excellent hunting and the West River Chapter 889 is working to establish food plots and renew grass habitats. There are established tree lines, which offer good hunting for birds, a shooting range, as well as some good fishing on Murdo Lake. Our chapter will be making improvements over the next several years.
